Intelligent Environments wins ‘Best Collections Technology’ at the 2017 CCS Awards.

London, Thursday 23rd November 2017 – Intelligent Environments, the international provider of financial services technology, has been named as the ‘Best Collections Technology’ at Credit Strategy’s 2017 Collections and Customer Service Awards (CCS).

Using Interact Collect’s self-service digital collections portal, customers can manage their debt independently in a non-confrontational, convenient, and less-intrusive manner. The result for the collections agency is that it saves on their operational costs by reducing the number and frequency of calls made to support staff – allowing resources to be redirected to other areas of the business.

Interact Collect is both PCI-DSS Level One and Fairbanking compliant.

This was the 11th annual CCS awards, recognising achievements of those within the collections and customer services industries. The awards, which were independently judged, took place at a prestigious black-tie dinner and ceremony on Wednesday 22nd November at The Midland Hotel in Manchester. The awards were held in conjunction with Credit Strategy’s Credit Debt Sale & Purchase Conference (CDSP).
