December 4th – Live Debate – What the branch can learn from digital banking

Over 200 members of The Digital Banking Club attended our Live Debate at The Dorchester

On the 4th of December we hosted one of our hugely successful Live Debates, with well over 200 attendees giving a warm welcome to the panel and listening to them discuss ‘What the branch can learn from digital banking’.

In a packed ballroom, industry experts from Atom Bank, Metro Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland and Allen International, together with our very own Head of Strategy & Innovation, debated the above question and concluded that there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

The debate raised and discussed many fascinating issues around omni-channel banking – getting customers what they want, when they want it, and through the channel they want, with the help of a digital or traditional branch.

To learn more about what happened on the day, please read the Live Debate summary.

To hear more about what the panel had to say on the day, watch the video. (coming shortly).
